Begin your evening with an intimate candlelit dinner, setting the stage
for an unforgettable exclusive experience featuring opera’s greatest
hits—blended with captivating pop favourites and Neapolitan songs.
Be swept away by the breathtaking voices of Niagara’s rising stars,
soprano Maria Vetere and tenor Giacomo Folinazzo, as they transport you to a world of passion and beauty. Accompanied by the renowned Maestro Sabatino Vacca on piano and a
brilliant string ensemble, their acoustic performance promises to be nothing short of mesmerizing.

Begin your night with a stylish cocktail hour featuring Chef’s Choice passed hors d’oeuvres and complimentary glass of wine, then indulge in an elegant dinner, including:

AAA Sirloin w/ roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
