1. What types of events can be hosted at Black Frame Studios?
At Black Frame Studios, we cater to a wide range of events including but not limited to film shoots, photography sessions, corporate events, product launches, parties, workshops, concerts and more. Our versatile studio space can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

2. How do I book the building for my event?
Please reach out to our team via email to discuss your event requirements and check for availability. We’ll work with you to find the perfect solution for your event and finalize your booking.

3. What amenities are included in the studio rental?
Amenities include bathrooms, full service bar/lounge available upon request.

4. Can I bring my own equipment to the studio?
Absolutely! While we provide a wide range of equipment for you to rent, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment as well.

5. Do I need to book rental equipment in advance?
Yes, equipment must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

6. How early should I show up for my session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out our liability waiver if you haven’t already done so and get acquainted with the space.

7. Is parking available at Black Frame Studios?
Yes, there are 3 parking lots on site reserved for the studio. Guests can park their vehicles securely within close proximity to the studio entrance.

8. Can I tour the studio before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to schedule a studio tour to see our facilities firsthand and discuss their requirements with our team. Contact us to arrange a convenient time for your visit.

9. Is there a deposit required to book a space?
Yes, there is a 50% deposit due upon booking a space

10. What happens if I go over my studio time?
If you go over your time you will be charged for an extra hour. This up to the discretion of the studio manager on duty
